Get involved

There are various ways for you to be involved in addressing the issue of human trafficking. We encourage you to refer to the links below of agencies and non-profits here in San Francisco fighting for an end to slavery. On their websites you will find many great ways to be involved.

Here at Because Justice Matters we believe that everyone can make a huge difference in small ways. We feel that grassroots movements can change a government, a city and a nation.

House Meetings

Everyone loves a chat over coffee with some friends, right? Why not use this model as a way to spread the word about fighting human trafficking. We encourage you to host a house meeting with a few friends, follow our ‘discussion plan' watch a movie or documentary and then ask them to do the same! This is an easy, fun way to help spread the word about the cause. In this house meeting, encourage everyone to write a letter asking our city officials to take a stand against human slavery.

Donate

Because Justice Matters is in need of one-time financial gifts as well as consistent monthly supporters.  These gifts would be a way for you to aid the fight against modern-day slavery by funding future awareness events, outreaches, etc.  Gifts are what will enable us to become more involved in assisting the victims of human trafficking.
